The company is located in new developed portal city¡ªZhangjiagang, adjacent to Zhangjiagang Bonded Area¡ªthe only freshwater type bonded area in China. The company covers an area of 70,000 sqm, having 60,000 yarn spindles and 800 employees. Its gross capital is RMB 150 million, with a turnover of corespun spandex of 12,000 tons. The company have various spinning equipments like blowing-carding unit from Taiwan, FA266 combing machine and FA507 spinning frame from Jinwei Textile Machinery, and SAVIO automatic bobbin winder imported from Italy for the post process. The rubbing-twisting style joint created by itself solutes the quality problem for jointing of spandex.
